Mark: 4

4:37And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the ship, so that it was now full.

4:3737These were they that were numbered of the families of the Kohathites, all that might do service in the tabernacle of the congregation, which Moses and Aaron did number according to the commandment of the LORD by the hand of Moses.

4:37Having land, sold it, and brought the money, and laid it at the apostles' feet.

4:38To drive out nations from before thee greater and mightier than thou art, to bring thee in, to give thee their land for an inheritance, as it is this day.

4:38These mentioned by their names were princes in their families: and the house of their fathers increased greatly.

4:38And Elisha came again to Gilgal: and there was a dearth in the land; and the sons of the prophets were sitting before him: and he said unto his servant, Set on the great pot, and seethe pottage for the sons of the prophets.

4:38And he arose out of the synagogue, and entered into Simon's house. And Simon's wife's mother was taken with a great fever; and they besought him for her.

4:38I sent you to reap that whereon ye bestowed no labour: other men laboured, and ye are entered into their labours.

4:38And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake him, and say unto him, Master, carest thou not that we perish?

4:3838And those that were numbered of the sons of Gershon, throughout their families, and by the house of their fathers,

4:39Know therefore this day, and consider it in thine heart, that the LORD he is God in heaven above, and upon the earth beneath: there is none else.

4:39And many of the Samaritans of that city believed on him for the saying of the woman, which testified, He told me all that ever I did.

4:39And they went to the entrance of Gedor, even unto the east side of the valley, to seek pasture for their flocks.

4:39And one went out into the field to gather herbs, and found a wild vine, and gathered thereof wild gourds his lap full, and came and shred them into the pot of pottage: for they knew them not.

4:39And he stood over her, and rebuked the fever; and it left her: and immediately she arose and ministered unto them.

4:39And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.

4:3939From thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that entereth into the service, for the work in the tabernacle of the congregation,

4:40Thou shalt keep therefore his statutes, and his commandments, which I command thee this day, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days upon the earth, which the LORD thy God giveth thee, for ever.

4:40So they poured out for the men to eat. And it came to pass, as they were eating of the pottage, that they cried out, and said, O thou man of God, there is death in the pot. And they could not eat thereof.

4:40Now when the sun was setting, all they that had any sick with divers diseases brought them unto him; and he laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them.

4:40And they found fat pasture and good, and the land was wide, and quiet, and peaceable; for they of Ham had dwelt there of old.

4:40So when the Samaritans were come unto him, they besought him that he would tarry with them: and he abode there two days.

4:40And he said unto them, Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith?

4:4040Even those that were numbered of them, throughout their families, by the house of their fathers, were two thousand and six hundred and thirty.

4:41Then Moses severed three cities on this side Jordan toward the sunrising;

4:41And devils also came out of many, crying out, and saying, Thou art Christ the Son of God. And he rebuking them suffered them not to speak: for they knew that he was Christ.

4:41But he said, Then bring meal. And he cast it into the pot; and he said, Pour out for the people, that they may eat. And there was no harm in the pot.

4:41And these written by name came in the days of Hezekiah king of Judah, and smote their tents, and the habitations that were found there, and destroyed them utterly unto this day, and dwelt in their rooms: because there was pasture there for their flocks.

4:41And they feared exceedingly, and said one to another, What manner of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?

4:41And many more believed because of his own word;

4:4141These are they that were numbered of the families of the sons of Gershon, of all that might do service in the tabernacle of the congregation, whom Moses and Aaron did number according to the commandment of the LORD.

4:42That the slayer might flee thither, which should kill his neighbour unawares, and hated him not in times past; and that fleeing unto one of these cities he might live:

4:42And when it was day, he departed and went into a desert place: and the people sought him, and came unto him, and stayed him, that he should not depart from them.

4:42And said unto the woman, Now we believe, not because of thy saying: for we have heard him ourselves, and know that this is indeed the Christ, the Saviour of the world.

4:42And there came a man from Baalshalisha, and brought the man of God bread of the firstfruits, twenty loaves of barley, and full ears of corn in the husk thereof. And he said, Give unto the people, that they may eat.

4:42And some of them, even of the sons of Simeon, five hundred men, went to mount Seir, having for their captains Pelatiah, and Neariah, and Rephaiah, and Uzziel, the sons of Ishi.

4:4242And those that were numbered of the families of the sons of Merari, throughout their families, by the house of their fathers,

4:43Namely, Bezer in the wilderness, in the plain country, of the Reubenites; and Ramoth in Gilead, of the Gadites; and Golan in Bashan, of the Manassites.

4:43And they smote the rest of the Amalekites that were escaped, and dwelt there unto this day.

4:43And he said unto them, I must preach the kingdom of God to other cities also: for therefore am I sent.

4:43Now after two days he departed thence, and went into Galilee.

4:43And his servitor said, What, should I set this before an hundred men? He said again, Give the people, that they may eat: for thus saith the LORD, They shall eat, and shall leave thereof.

4:4343From thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that entereth into the service, for the work in the tabernacle of the congregation,

4:44And this is the law which Moses set before the children of Israel:

4:44And he preached in the synagogues of Galilee.

4:44For Jesus himself testified, that a prophet hath no honour in his own country.

4:44So he set it before them, and they did eat, and left thereof, according to the word of the LORD.

4:4444Even those that were numbered of them after their families, were three thousand and two hundred.

4:45These are the testimonies, and the statutes, and the judgments, which Moses spake unto the children of Israel, after they came forth out of Egypt,

4:45Then when he was come into Galilee, the Galilaeans received him, having seen all the things that he did at Jerusalem at the feast: for they also went unto the feast.
