5:10He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.
5:10Take, my brethren, the prophets, who have spoken in the name of the Lord, for an example of suffering affliction, and of patience.

5:11Woe unto them that rise up early in the morning, that they may follow strong drink; that continue until night, till wine inflame them!
5:11And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.
5:11And all the days of Enos were nine hundred and five years: and he died.
5:11Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy.
