1 Samuel: 22

22:14Then Ahimelech answered the king, and said, And who is so faithful among all thy servants as David, which is the king's son in law, and goeth at thy bidding, and is honourable in thine house?

22:14That saith, I will build me a wide house and large chambers, and cutteth him out windows; and it is cieled with cedar, and painted with vermilion.

22:14And the princes of Moab rose up, and they went unto Balak, and said, Balaam refuseth to come with us.

22:14And if a man borrow ought of his neighbour, and it be hurt, or die, the owner thereof being not with it, he shall surely make it good.

22:14The LORD thundered from heaven, and the most High uttered his voice.

22:14And Micaiah said, As the LORD liveth, what the LORD saith unto me, that will I speak.

22:14I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint: my heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of my bowels.

22:14The mouth of strange women is a deep pit: he that is abhorred of the LORD shall fall therein.

22:14So Hilkiah the priest, and Ahikam, and Achbor, and Shaphan, and Asahiah, went unto Huldah the prophetess, the wife of Shallum the son of Tikvah, the son of Harhas, keeper of the wardrobe; (now she dwelt in Jerusalem in the college;) and they communed with her.

22:14And it was revealed in mine ears by the LORD of hosts, Surely this iniquity shall not be purged from you till ye die, saith the Lord GOD of hosts.

22:14And give occasions of speech against her, and bring up an evil name upon her, and say, I took this woman, and when I came to her, I found her not a maid:

22:14Now, behold, in my trouble I have prepared for the house of the LORD an hundred thousand talents of gold, and a thousand thousand talents of silver; and of brass and iron without weight; for it is in abundance: timber also and stone have I prepared; and thou mayest add thereto.

22:14Thick clouds are a covering to him, that he seeth not; and he walketh in the circuit of heaven.

22:14For many are called, but few are chosen.

22:14And with him ten princes, of each chief house a prince throughout all the tribes of Israel; and each one was an head of the house of their fathers among the thousands of Israel.

22:14And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovahjireh: as it is said to this day, In the mount of the LORD it shall be seen.

22:14And if a man eat of the holy thing unwittingly, then he shall put the fifth part thereof unto it, and shall give it unto the priest with the holy thing.

22:15Shalt thou reign, because thou closest thyself in cedar? did not thy father eat and drink, and do judgment and justice, and then it was well with him?

22:15Did I then begin to enquire of God for him? be it far from me: let not the king impute any thing unto his servant, nor to all the house of my father: for thy servant knew nothing of all this, less or more.

22:15And I will scatter thee among the heathen, and disperse thee in the countries, and will consume thy filthiness out of thee.

22:15And Balak sent yet again princes, more, and more honourable than they.

22:15My strength is dried up like a potsherd; and my tongue cleaveth to my jaws; and thou hast brought me into the dust of death.

22:15But if the owner thereof be with it, he shall not make it good: if it be an hired thing, it came for his hire.

22:15And he sent out arrows, and scattered them; lightning, and discomfited them.

22:15So he came to the king. And the king said unto him, Micaiah, shall we go against Ramothgilead to battle, or shall we forbear? And he answered him, Go, and prosper: for the LORD shall deliver it into the hand of the king.

22:15Foolishness is bound in the heart of a child; but the rod of correction shall drive it far from him.

22:15And she said unto them, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, Tell the man that sent you to me,

22:15Then went the Pharisees, and took counsel how they might entangle him in his talk.

22:15Thus saith the Lord GOD of hosts, Go, get thee unto this treasurer, even unto Shebna, which is over the house, and say,

22:15Then shall the father of the damsel, and her mother, take and bring forth the tokens of the damsel's virginity unto the elders of the city in the gate:

22:15Moreover there are workmen with thee in abundance, hewers and workers of stone and timber, and all manner of cunning men for every manner of work.

22:15Hast thou marked the old way which wicked men have trodden?

22:15And they came unto the children of Reuben, and to the children of Gad, and to the half tribe of Manasseh, unto the land of Gilead, and they spake with them, saying,

22:15And the angel of the LORD called unto Abraham out of heaven the second time,

22:15And they shall not profane the holy things of the children of Israel, which they offer unto the LORD;

22:15For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

22:15And he said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer:

22:15For thou shalt be his witness unto all men of what thou hast seen and heard.

22:16And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.

22:16For I say unto you, I will not any more eat thereof, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God.

22:16I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.

22:16And thou shalt take thine inheritance in thyself in the sight of the heathen, and thou shalt know that I am the LORD.

22:16And the king said, Thou shalt surely die, Ahimelech, thou, and all thy father's house.

22:16And they came to Balaam, and said to him, Thus saith Balak the son of Zippor, Let nothing, I pray thee, hinder thee from coming unto me:

22:16And if a man entice a maid that is not betrothed, and lie with her, he shall surely endow her to be his wife.

22:16And the channels of the sea appeared, the foundations of the world were discovered, at the rebuking of the LORD, at the blast of the breath of his nostrils.

22:16He judged the cause of the poor and needy; then it was well with him: was not this to know me? saith the LORD.

22:16And the king said unto him, How many times shall I adjure thee that thou tell me nothing but that which is true in the name of the LORD?

22:16Which were cut down out of time, whose foundation was overflown with a flood:

22:16He that oppresseth the poor to increase his riches, and he that giveth to the rich, shall surely come to want.
