Psalms: 29

29:8The voice of the LORD shaketh the wilderness; the LORD shaketh the wilderness of Kadesh.

29:8The young men saw me, and hid themselves: and the aged arose, and stood up.

29:8It shall even be as when an hungry man dreameth, and, behold, he eateth; but he awaketh, and his soul is empty: or as when a thirsty man dreameth, and, behold, he drinketh; but he awaketh, and, behold, he is faint, and his soul hath appetite: so shall the multitude of all the nations be, that fight against mount Zion.

29:9And Achish answered and said to David, I know that thou art good in my sight, as an angel of God: notwithstanding the princes of the Philistines have said, He shall not go up with us to the battle.

29:9For, lo, our fathers have fallen by the sword, and our sons and our daughters and our wives are in captivity for this.

29:9And the land of Egypt shall be desolate and waste; and they shall know that I am the LORD: because he hath said, The river is mine, and I have made it.

29:9And while he yet spake with them, Rachel came with her father's sheep: for she kept them.

29:9And thou shalt gird them with girdles, Aaron and his sons, and put the bonnets on them: and the priest's office shall be theirs for a perpetual statute: and thou shalt consecrate Aaron and his sons.

29:9And their meat offering shall be of flour mingled with oil, three tenth deals to a bullock, and two tenth deals to one ram,

29:9Keep therefore the words of this covenant, and do them, that ye may prosper in all that ye do.

29:9For they prophesy falsely unto you in my name: I have not sent them, saith the LORD.

29:9The princes refrained talking, and laid their hand on their mouth.

29:9Then the people rejoiced, for that they offered willingly, because with perfect heart they offered willingly to the LORD: and David the king also rejoiced with great joy.

29:9The voice of the LORD maketh the hinds to calve, and discovereth the forests: and in his temple doth every one speak of his glory.

29:9Stay yourselves, and wonder; cry ye out, and cry: they are drunken, but not with wine; they stagger, but not with strong drink.

29:9If a wise man contendeth with a foolish man, whether he rage or laugh, there is no rest.

29:10For the LORD hath poured out upon you the spirit of deep sleep, and hath closed your eyes: the prophets and your rulers, the seers hath he covered.

29:10Wherefore now rise up early in the morning with thy master's servants that are come with thee: and as soon as ye be up early in the morning, and have light, depart.

29:10And it came to pass, when Jacob saw Rachel the daughter of Laban his mother's brother, and the sheep of Laban his mother's brother, that Jacob went near, and rolled the stone from the well's mouth, and watered the flock of Laban his mother's brother.

29:10And thou shalt cause a bullock to be brought before the tabernacle of the congregation: and Aaron and his sons shall put their hands upon the head of the bullock.

29:10For thus saith the LORD, That after seventy years be accomplished at Babylon I will visit you, and perform my good word toward you, in causing you to return to this place.

29:10Wherefore David blessed the LORD before all the congregation: and David said, Blessed be thou, LORD God of Israel our father, for ever and ever.

29:10The LORD sitteth upon the flood; yea, the LORD sitteth King for ever.

29:10The nobles held their peace, and their tongue cleaved to the roof of their mouth.

29:10Now it is in mine heart to make a covenant with the LORD God of Israel, that his fierce wrath may turn away from us.

29:10Ye stand this day all of you before the LORD your God; your captains of your tribes, your elders, and your officers, with all the men of Israel,

29:10Behold, therefore I am against thee, and against thy rivers, and I will make the land of Egypt utterly waste and desolate, from the tower of Syene even unto the border of Ethiopia.

29:10The bloodthirsty hate the upright: but the just seek his soul.

29:10A several tenth deal for one lamb, throughout the seven lambs:

29:11Thine, O LORD, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O LORD, and thou art exalted as head above all.

29:11For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

29:11No foot of man shall pass through it, nor foot of beast shall pass through it, neither shall it be inhabited forty years.

29:11So David and his men rose up early to depart in the morning, to return into the land of the Philistines. And the Philistines went up to Jezreel.

29:11And Jacob kissed Rachel, and lifted up his voice, and wept.

29:11Your little ones, your wives, and thy stranger that is in thy camp, from the hewer of thy wood unto the drawer of thy water:

29:11One kid of the goats for a sin offering; beside the sin offering of atonement, and the continual burnt offering, and the meat offering of it, and their drink offerings.

29:11And thou shalt kill the bullock before the LORD, by the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.

29:11The LORD will give strength unto his people; the LORD will bless his people with peace.

29:11And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one that is learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I cannot; for it is sealed:

29:11My sons, be not now negligent: for the LORD hath chosen you to stand before him, to serve him, and that ye should minister unto him, and burn incense.

29:11A fool uttereth all his mind: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards.

29:11When the ear heard me, then it blessed me; and when the eye saw me, it gave witness to me:

29:12And I will make the land of Egypt desolate in the midst of the countries that are desolate, and her cities among the cities that are laid waste shall be desolate forty years: and I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and will disperse them through the countries.

29:12And Jacob told Rachel that he was her father's brother, and that he was Rebekah's son: and she ran and told her father.

29:12Both riches and honour come of thee, and thou reignest over all; and in thine hand is power and might; and in thine hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all.

29:12And on the fifteenth day of the seventh month ye shall have an holy convocation; ye shall do no servile work, and ye shall keep a feast unto the LORD seven days:

29:12And thou shalt take of the blood of the bullock, and put it upon the horns of the altar with thy finger, and pour all the blood beside the bottom of the altar.

29:12And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned.

29:12If a ruler hearken to lies, all his servants are wicked.

29:12Because I delivered the poor that cried, and the fatherless, and him that had none to help him.
