Ecclesiastes: 2

2:25For who can eat, or who else can hasten hereunto, more than I?

2:25And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.

2:25And he went from thence to mount Carmel, and from thence he returned to Samaria.

2:25For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls.

2:26For God giveth to a man that is good in his sight wisdom, and knowledge, and joy: but to the sinner he giveth travail, to gather and to heap up, that he may give to him that is good before God. This also is vanity and vexation of spirit.

2:26And unto Abiathar the priest said the king, Get thee to Anathoth, unto thine own fields; for thou art worthy of death: but I will not at this time put thee to death, because thou barest the ark of the Lord GOD before David my father, and because thou hast been afflicted in all wherein my father was afflicted.

2:26For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

2:26How he went into the house of God in the days of Abiathar the high priest, and did eat the shewbread, which is not lawful to eat but for the priests, and gave also to them which were with him?

2:26And I sent messengers out of the wilderness of Kedemoth unto Sihon king of Heshbon with words of peace, saying,

2:26The children of Ramah and Gaba, six hundred twenty and one.

2:26Jerahmeel had also another wife, whose name was Atarah; she was the mother of Onam.

2:26For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

2:26Therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad; moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope:

2:26For he longed after you all, and was full of heaviness, because that ye had heard that he had been sick.

2:26And the child Samuel grew on, and was in favour both with the LORD, and also with men.

2:2626And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were threescore and two thousand and seven hundred.

2:26And it was revealed unto him by the Holy Ghost, that he should not see death, before he had seen the Lord's Christ.

2:26As the thief is ashamed when he is found, so is the house of Israel ashamed; they, their kings, their princes, and their priests, and their prophets,

2:26The king answered and said to Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar, Art thou able to make known unto me the dream which I have seen, and the interpretation thereof?

2:26And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed.

2:26These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you.

2:26And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:

2:26Then Abner called to Joab, and said, Shall the sword devour for ever? knowest thou not that it will be bitterness in the latter end? how long shall it be then, ere thou bid the people return from following their brethren?

2:27So Solomon thrust out Abiathar from being priest unto the LORD; that he might fulfil the word of the LORD, which he spake concerning the house of Eli in Shiloh.

2:27Let me pass through thy land: I will go along by the high way, I will neither turn unto the right hand nor to the left.

2:27And there came a man of God unto Eli, and said unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Did I plainly appear unto the house of thy father, when they were in Egypt in Pharaoh's house?

2:27And Joab said, As God liveth, unless thou hadst spoken, surely then in the morning the people had gone up every one from following his brother.

2:27And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

2:27Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.

2:27For indeed he was sick nigh unto death: but God had mercy on him; and not on him only, but on me also, lest I should have sorrow upon sorrow.

2:27But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

2:2727And those that encamp by him shall be the tribe of Asher: and the captain of the children of Asher shall be Pagiel the son of Ocran.

2:27And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.

2:27And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath:

2:27And ye shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the LORD your God, and none else: and my people shall never be ashamed.

2:27Saying to a stock, Thou art my father; and to a stone, Thou hast brought me forth: for they have turned their back unto me, and not their face: but in the time of their trouble they will say, Arise, and save us.

2:27Daniel answered in the presence of the king, and said, The secret which the king hath demanded cannot the wise men, the astrologers, the magicians, the soothsayers, shew unto the king;

2:27And he came by the Spirit into the temple: and when the parents brought in the child Jesus, to do for him after the custom of the law,

2:27The men of Michmas, an hundred twenty and two.

2:27And the sons of Ram the firstborn of Jerahmeel were, Maaz, and Jamin, and Eker.

2:28Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath.

2:28Then took he him up in his arms, and blessed God, and said,

2:28But where are thy gods that thou hast made thee? let them arise, if they can save thee in the time of thy trouble: for according to the number of thy cities are thy gods, O Judah.

2:28Then tidings came to Joab: for Joab had turned after Adonijah, though he turned not after Absalom. And Joab fled unto the tabernacle of the LORD, and caught hold on the horns of the altar.

2:28And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

2:28And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.

2:28And did I choose him out of all the tribes of Israel to be my priest, to offer upon mine altar, to burn incense, to wear an ephod before me? and did I give unto the house of thy father all the offerings made by fire of the children of Israel?

2:28Thou hast made known to me the ways of life; thou shalt make me full of joy with thy countenance.

2:2828And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were forty and one thousand and five hundred.

2:28So Joab blew a trumpet, and all the people stood still, and pursued after Israel no more, neither fought they any more.
