18:2And Elijah went to shew himself unto Ahab. And there was a sore famine in Samaria.
18:2Twenty and five years old was he when he began to reign; and he reigned twenty and nine years in Jerusalem. His mother's name also was Abi, the daughter of Zachariah.
18:2That sendeth ambassadors by the sea, even in vessels of bulrushes upon the waters, saying, Go, ye swift messengers, to a nation scattered and peeled, to a people terrible from their beginning hitherto; a nation meted out and trodden down, whose land the rivers have spoiled!
18:2Therefore shall they have no inheritance among their brethren: the LORD is their inheritance, as he hath said unto them.
18:2And he lift up his eyes and looked, and, lo, three men stood by him: and when he saw them, he ran to meet them from the tent door, and bowed himself toward the ground,
18:2And he smote Moab; and the Moabites became David's servants, and brought gifts.
18:2How long will it be ere ye make an end of words? mark, and afterwards we will speak.
18:2And after certain years he went down to Ahab to Samaria. And Ahab killed sheep and oxen for him in abundance, and for the people that he had with him, and persuaded him to go up with him to Ramothgilead.
18:2Arise, and go down to the potter's house, and there I will cause thee to hear my words.
18:2And there remained among the children of Israel seven tribes, which had not yet received their inheritance.
18:2Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, I am the LORD your God.
18:2And the children of Dan sent of their family five men from their coasts, men of valour, from Zorah, and from Eshtaol, to spy out the land, and to search it; and they said unto them, Go, search the land: who when they came to mount Ephraim, to the house of Micah, they lodged there.
18:3When they were by the house of Micah, they knew the voice of the young man the Levite: and they turned in thither, and said unto him, Who brought thee hither? and what makest thou in this place? and what hast thou here?
18:3Then Jonathan and David made a covenant, because he loved him as his own soul.
18:33And they shall keep thy charge, and the charge of all the tabernacle: only they shall not come nigh the vessels of the sanctuary and the altar, that neither they, nor ye also, die.
18:3And her two sons; of which the name of the one was Gershom; for he said, I have been an alien in a strange land:
18:3I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.
18:3But the people answered, Thou shalt not go forth: for if we flee away, they will not care for us; neither if half of us die, will they care for us: but now thou art worth ten thousand of us: therefore now it is better that thou succour us out of the city.
18:3When the wicked cometh, then cometh also contempt, and with ignominy reproach.
18:3And Ahab called Obadiah, which was the governor of his house. (Now Obadiah feared the LORD greatly:
18:3And he did that which was right in the sight of the LORD, according to all that David his father did.
18:3All ye inhabitants of the world, and dwellers on the earth, see ye, when he lifteth up an ensign on the mountains; and when he bloweth a trumpet, hear ye.
18:3And this shall be the priest's due from the people, from them that offer a sacrifice, whether it be ox or sheep; and they shall give unto the priest the shoulder, and the two cheeks, and the maw.
18:3And said, My Lord, if now I have found favour in thy sight, pass not away, I pray thee, from thy servant:
18:3And David smote Hadarezer king of Zobah unto Hamath, as he went to stablish his dominion by the river Euphrates.
18:3Wherefore are we counted as beasts, and reputed vile in your sight?
18:3As I live, saith the Lord GOD, ye shall not have occasion any more to use this proverb in Israel.
18:3And Ahab king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat king of Judah, Wilt thou go with me to Ramothgilead? And he answered him, I am as thou art, and my people as thy people; and we will be with thee in the war.
18:3Then I went down to the potter's house, and, behold, he wrought a work on the wheels.
18:3And Joshua said unto the children of Israel, How long are ye slack to go to possess the land, which the LORD God of your fathers hath given you?

18:3And because he was of the same craft, he abode with them, and wrought: for by their occupation they were tentmakers.
18:3Judas then, having received a band of men and officers from the chief priests and Pharisees, cometh thither with lanterns and torches and weapons.
18:3And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him.
18:4And he reasoned in the synagogue every sabbath, and persuaded the Jews and the Greeks.
18:4And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man;
18:4And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
18:4Jesus therefore, knowing all things that should come upon him, went forth, and said unto them, Whom seek ye?
18:4Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here: if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias.
18:4And he said unto them, Thus and thus dealeth Micah with me, and hath hired me, and I am his priest.
18:4And Jonathan stripped himself of the robe that was upon him, and gave it to David, and his garments, even to his sword, and to his bow, and to his girdle.
18:4And Jehoshaphat said unto the king of Israel, Enquire, I pray thee, at the word of the LORD to day.
18:44And they shall be joined unto thee, and keep the charge of the tabernacle of the congregation, for all the service of the tabernacle: and a stranger shall not come nigh unto you.
18:4And the name of the other was Eliezer; for the God of my father, said he, was mine help, and delivered me from the sword of Pharaoh:
18:4And the king said unto them, What seemeth you best I will do. And the king stood by the gate side, and all the people came out by hundreds and by thousands.
18:4The words of a man's mouth are as deep waters, and the wellspring of wisdom as a flowing brook.
18:4For it was so, when Jezebel cut off the prophets of the LORD, that Obadiah took an hundred prophets, and hid them by fifty in a cave, and fed them with bread and water.)
18:4He removed the high places, and brake the images, and cut down the groves, and brake in pieces the brasen serpent that Moses had made: for unto those days the children of Israel did burn incense to it: and he called it Nehushtan.
