Jeremiah: 18

18:13Therefore thus saith the LORD; Ask ye now among the heathen, who hath heard such things: the virgin of Israel hath done a very horrible thing.

18:1313And whatsoever is first ripe in the land, which they shall bring unto the LORD, shall be thine; every one that is clean in thine house shall eat of it.

18:13And it came to pass on the morrow, that Moses sat to judge the people: and the people stood by Moses from the morning unto the evening.

18:13Otherwise I should have wrought falsehood against mine own life: for there is no matter hid from the king, and thou thyself wouldest have set thyself against me.

18:13He that answereth a matter before he heareth it, it is folly and shame unto him.

18:13Was it not told my lord what I did when Jezebel slew the prophets of the LORD, how I hid an hundred men of the LORD'S prophets by fifty in a cave, and fed them with bread and water?

18:13Now in the fourteenth year of king Hezekiah did Sennacherib king of Assyria come up against all the fenced cities of Judah, and took them.

18:13Thou shalt be perfect with the LORD thy God.

18:13And he put garrisons in Edom; and all the Edomites became David's servants. Thus the LORD preserved David whithersoever he went.

18:13And the LORD said unto Abraham, Wherefore did Sarah laugh, saying, Shall I of a surety bear a child, which am old?

18:13It shall devour the strength of his skin: even the firstborn of death shall devour his strength.

18:13And Micaiah said, As the LORD liveth, even what my God saith, that will I speak.

18:13And the border went over from thence toward Luz, to the side of Luz, which is Bethel, southward; and the border descended to Atarothadar, near the hill that lieth on the south side of the nether Bethhoron.

18:13The LORD also thundered in the heavens, and the Highest gave his voice; hail stones and coals of fire.

18:13Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy mother's sister: for she is thy mother's near kinswoman.

18:13And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.

18:13And led him away to Annas first; for he was father in law to Caiaphas, which was the high priest that same year.

18:13Saying, This fellow persuadeth men to worship God contrary to the law.

18:13And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner.

18:13Then the disciples understood that he spake unto them of John the Baptist.

18:14And when they were come to the multitude, there came to him a certain man, kneeling down to him, and saying,

18:14And when Paul was now about to open his mouth, Gallio said unto the Jews, If it were a matter of wrong or wicked lewdness, O ye Jews, reason would that I should bear with you:

18:14And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all.

18:14I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.

18:14Now Caiaphas was he, which gave counsel to the Jews, that it was expedient that one man should die for the people.

18:14Then answered the five men that went to spy out the country of Laish, and said unto their brethren, Do ye know that there is in these houses an ephod, and teraphim, and a graven image, and a molten image? now therefore consider what ye have to do.

18:14His confidence shall be rooted out of his tabernacle, and it shall bring him to the king of terrors.

18:14Will a man leave the snow of Lebanon which cometh from the rock of the field? or shall the cold flowing waters that come from another place be forsaken?

18:14And David behaved himself wisely in all his ways; and the LORD was with him.

18:14And when he was come to the king, the king said unto him, Micaiah, shall we go to Ramothgilead to battle, or shall I forbear? And he said, Go ye up, and prosper, and they shall be delivered into your hand.

18:1414Every thing devoted in Israel shall be thine.

18:14And when Moses' father in law saw all that he did to the people, he said, What is this thing that thou doest to the people? why sittest thou thyself alone, and all the people stand by thee from morning unto even?

18:14Then said Joab, I may not tarry thus with thee. And he took three darts in his hand, and thrust them through the heart of Absalom, while he was yet alive in the midst of the oak.

18:14The spirit of a man will sustain his infirmity; but a wounded spirit who can bear?

18:14Now, lo, if he beget a son, that seeth all his father's sins which he hath done, and considereth, and doeth not such like,

18:14And now thou sayest, Go, tell thy lord, Behold, Elijah is here: and he shall slay me.

18:14And Hezekiah king of Judah sent to the king of Assyria to Lachish, saying, I have offended; return from me: that which thou puttest on me will I bear. And the king of Assyria appointed unto Hezekiah king of Judah three hundred talents of silver and thirty talents of gold.

18:14For these nations, which thou shalt possess, hearkened unto observers of times, and unto diviners: but as for thee, the LORD thy God hath not suffered thee so to do.

18:14So David reigned over all Israel, and executed judgment and justice among all his people.

18:14Is any thing too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.

18:14Yea, he sent out his arrows, and scattered them; and he shot out lightnings, and discomfited them.

18:14And the border was drawn thence, and compassed the corner of the sea southward, from the hill that lieth before Bethhoron southward; and the goings out thereof were at Kirjathbaal, which is Kirjathjearim, a city of the children of Judah: this was the west quarter.

18:14Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy father's brother, thou shalt not approach to his wife: she is thine aunt.

18:15And they turned thitherward, and came to the house of the young man the Levite, even unto the house of Micah, and saluted him.

18:15Wherefore when Saul saw that he behaved himself very wisely, he was afraid of him.

18:1515Every thing that openeth the matrix in all flesh, which they bring unto the LORD, whether it be of men or beasts, shall be thine: nevertheless the firstborn of man shalt thou surely redeem, and the firstling of unclean beasts shalt thou redeem.

18:15And Moses said unto his father in law, Because the people come unto me to enquire of God:

18:15And ten young men that bare Joab's armour compassed about and smote Absalom, and slew him.

18:15It shall dwell in his tabernacle, because it is none of his: brimstone shall be scattered upon his habitation.

18:15The heart of the prudent getteth knowledge; and the ear of the wise seeketh knowledge.
