Ezekiel: 24

24:16Son of man, behold, I take away from thee the desire of thine eyes with a stroke: yet neither shalt thou mourn nor weep, neither shall thy tears run down.

24:16Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:

24:16And the people answered and said, God forbid that we should forsake the LORD, to serve other gods;

24:16But their eyes were holden that they should not know him.

24:16And the damsel was very fair to look upon, a virgin, neither had any man known her: and she went down to the well, and filled her pitcher, and came up.

24:17And the servant ran to meet her, and said, Let me, I pray thee, drink a little water of thy pitcher.

24:17And he said to David, Thou art more righteous than I: for thou hast rewarded me good, whereas I have rewarded thee evil.

24:17I shall see him, but not now: I shall behold him, but not nigh: there shall come a Star out of Jacob, and a Sceptre shall rise out of Israel, and shall smite the corners of Moab, and destroy all the children of Sheth.

24:17And David spake unto the LORD when he saw the angel that smote the people, and said, Lo, I have sinned, and I have done wickedly: but these sheep, what have they done? let thine hand, I pray thee, be against me, and against my father's house.

24:17And the sight of the glory of the LORD was like devouring fire on the top of the mount in the eyes of the children of Israel.

24:17And he that killeth any man shall surely be put to death.

24:17Forbear to cry, make no mourning for the dead, bind the tire of thine head upon thee, and put on thy shoes upon thy feet, and cover not thy lips, and eat not the bread of men.

24:17And the king of Babylon made Mattaniah his father's brother king in his stead, and changed his name to Zedekiah.

24:17Now after the death of Jehoiada came the princes of Judah, and made obeisance to the king. Then the king hearkened unto them.

24:17For the morning is to them even as the shadow of death: if one know them, they are in the terrors of the shadow of death.

24:17Rejoice not when thine enemy falleth, and let not thine heart be glad when he stumbleth:

24:17Thou shalt not pervert the judgment of the stranger, nor of the fatherless; nor take a widow's raiment to pledge:

24:17Fear, and the pit, and the snare, are upon thee, O inhabitant of the earth.

24:17The one and twentieth to Jachin, the two and twentieth to Gamul,

24:17Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:

24:17And he said unto them, What manner of communications are these that ye have one to another, as ye walk, and are sad?

24:17For the LORD our God, he it is that brought us up and our fathers out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage, and which did those great signs in our sight, and preserved us in all the way wherein we went, and among all the people through whom we passed:

24:17Now after many years I came to bring alms to my nation, and offerings.

24:18Whereupon certain Jews from Asia found me purified in the temple, neither with multitude, nor with tumult.

24:18And she said, Drink, my lord: and she hasted, and let down her pitcher upon her hand, and gave him drink.

24:18And thou hast shewed this day how that thou hast dealt well with me: forasmuch as when the LORD had delivered me into thine hand, thou killedst me not.

24:18And the one of them, whose name was Cleopas, answering said unto him, Art thou only a stranger in Jerusalem, and hast not known the things which are come to pass there in these days?

24:18And Edom shall be a possession, Seir also shall be a possession for his enemies; and Israel shall do valiantly.

24:18And Gad came that day to David, and said unto him, Go up, rear an altar unto the LORD in the threshingfloor of Araunah the Jebusite.

24:18And Moses went into the midst of the cloud, and gat him up into the mount: and Moses was in the mount forty days and forty nights.

24:18And he that killeth a beast shall make it good; beast for beast.

24:18Zedekiah was twenty and one years old when he began to reign, and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Hamutal, the daughter of Jeremiah of Libnah.

24:18Lest the LORD see it, and it displease him, and he turn away his wrath from him.

24:18So I spake unto the people in the morning: and at even my wife died; and I did in the morning as I was commanded.

24:18But thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in Egypt, and the LORD thy God redeemed thee thence: therefore I command thee to do this thing.

24:18And it shall come to pass, that he who fleeth from the noise of the fear shall fall into the pit; and he that cometh up out of the midst of the pit shall be taken in the snare: for the windows from on high are open, and the foundations of the earth do shake.

24:18The three and twentieth to Delaiah, the four and twentieth to Maaziah.

24:18Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.

24:18He is swift as the waters; their portion is cursed in the earth: he beholdeth not the way of the vineyards.

24:18And the LORD drave out from before us all the people, even the Amorites which dwelt in the land: therefore will we also serve the LORD; for he is our God.

24:18And they left the house of the LORD God of their fathers, and served groves and idols: and wrath came upon Judah and Jerusalem for this their trespass.

24:19And when she had done giving him drink, she said, I will draw water for thy camels also, until they have done drinking.

24:19For if a man find his enemy, will he let him go well away? wherefore the LORD reward thee good for that thou hast done unto me this day.

24:19Out of Jacob shall come he that shall have dominion, and shall destroy him that remaineth of the city.

24:19And he said unto them, What things? And they said unto him, Concerning Jesus of Nazareth, which was a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people:

24:19And David, according to the saying of Gad, went up as the LORD commanded.

24:19Yet he sent prophets to them, to bring them again unto the LORD; and they testified against them: but they would not give ear.

24:19And if a man cause a blemish in his neighbour; as he hath done, so shall it be done to him;

24:19And he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD, according to all that Jehoiakim had done.

24:19Fret not thyself because of evil men, neither be thou envious at the wicked;
