24:34Saying, The Lord is risen indeed, and hath appeared to Simon.
24:35Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
24:35And the LORD hath blessed my master greatly; and he is become great: and he hath given him flocks, and herds, and silver, and gold, and menservants, and maidservants, and camels, and asses.
24:35And they told what things were done in the way, and how he was known of them in breaking of bread.
24:36And Sarah my master's wife bare a son to my master when she was old: and unto him hath he given all that he hath.
24:36And as they thus spake, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.
24:36But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
24:37And my master made me swear, saying, Thou shalt not take a wife to my son of the daughters of the Canaanites, in whose land I dwell:
24:37But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
24:37But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had seen a spirit.
24:38But thou shalt go unto my father's house, and to my kindred, and take a wife unto my son.
24:38For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
24:38And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and why do thoughts arise in your hearts?
24:39And I said unto my master, Peradventure the woman will not follow me.
24:39And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
24:39Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.
24:40And he said unto me, The LORD, before whom I walk, will send his angel with thee, and prosper thy way; and thou shalt take a wife for my son of my kindred, and of my father's house:
24:40Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
24:40And when he had thus spoken, he shewed them his hands and his feet.
24:41Then shalt thou be clear from this my oath, when thou comest to my kindred; and if they give not thee one, thou shalt be clear from my oath.
24:41Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
24:41And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto them, Have ye here any meat?
24:42And I came this day unto the well, and said, O LORD God of my master Abraham, if now thou do prosper my way which I go:
24:42Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.
24:42And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb.
24:43Behold, I stand by the well of water; and it shall come to pass, that when the virgin cometh forth to draw water, and I say to her, Give me, I pray thee, a little water of thy pitcher to drink;
24:43And he took it, and did eat before them.
24:43But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.
24:44And she say to me, Both drink thou, and I will also draw for thy camels: let the same be the woman whom the LORD hath appointed out for my master's son.
24:44And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.
24:44Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.
24:45And before I had done speaking in mine heart, behold, Rebekah came forth with her pitcher on her shoulder; and she went down unto the well, and drew water: and I said unto her, Let me drink, I pray thee.
24:45Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?
24:45Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,
24:46And she made haste, and let down her pitcher from her shoulder, and said, Drink, and I will give thy camels drink also: so I drank, and she made the camels drink also.
24:46And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:
24:46Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
24:47And I asked her, and said, Whose daughter art thou? And she said, The daughter of Bethuel, Nahor's son, whom Milcah bare unto him: and I put the earring upon her face, and the bracelets upon her hands.
24:47And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
24:47Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.
24:48But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;
24:48And I bowed down my head, and worshipped the LORD, and blessed the LORD God of my master Abraham, which had led me in the right way to take my master's brother's daughter unto his son.
24:48And ye are witnesses of these things.
24:49And now if ye will deal kindly and truly with my master, tell me: and if not, tell me; that I may turn to the right hand, or to the left.
24:49And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;
24:49And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.
24:50Then Laban and Bethuel answered and said, The thing proceedeth from the LORD: we cannot speak unto thee bad or good.
24:50And he led them out as far as to Bethany, and he lifted up his hands, and blessed them.
24:50The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,
24:51Behold, Rebekah is before thee, take her, and go, and let her be thy master's son's wife, as the LORD hath spoken.
