Genesis: 25

25:33And Jacob said, Swear to me this day; and he sware unto him: and he sold his birthright unto Jacob.

25:33And blessed be thy advice, and blessed be thou, which hast kept me this day from coming to shed blood, and from avenging myself with mine own hand.

25:33Three bowls made like unto almonds, with a knop and a flower in one branch; and three bowls made like almonds in the other branch, with a knop and a flower: so in the six branches that come out of the candlestick.

25:33And the slain of the LORD shall be at that day from one end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth: they shall not be lamented, neither gathered, nor buried; they shall be dung upon the ground.

25:33And if a man purchase of the Levites, then the house that was sold, and the city of his possession, shall go out in the year of jubile: for the houses of the cities of the Levites are their possession among the children of Israel.

25:33And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.

25:34Howl, ye shepherds, and cry; and wallow yourselves in the ashes, ye principal of the flock: for the days of your slaughter and of your dispersions are accomplished; and ye shall fall like a pleasant vessel.

25:34Then Jacob gave Esau bread and pottage of lentiles; and he did eat and drink, and rose up, and went his way: thus Esau despised his birthright.

25:34For in very deed, as the LORD God of Israel liveth, which hath kept me back from hurting thee, except thou hadst hasted and come to meet me, surely there had not been left unto Nabal by the morning light any that pisseth against the wall.

25:34And in the candlestick shall be four bowls made like unto almonds, with their knops and their flowers.

25:34But the field of the suburbs of their cities may not be sold; for it is their perpetual possession.

25:34Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

25:35So David received of her hand that which she had brought him, and said unto her, Go up in peace to thine house; see, I have hearkened to thy voice, and have accepted thy person.

25:35And there shall be a knop under two branches of the same, and a knop under two branches of the same, and a knop under two branches of the same, according to the six branches that proceed out of the candlestick.

25:35And the shepherds shall have no way to flee, nor the principal of the flock to escape.

25:35And if thy brother be waxen poor, and fallen in decay with thee; then thou shalt relieve him: yea, though he be a stranger, or a sojourner; that he may live with thee.

25:35For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:

25:36A voice of the cry of the shepherds, and an howling of the principal of the flock, shall be heard: for the LORD hath spoiled their pasture.

25:36And Abigail came to Nabal; and, behold, he held a feast in his house, like the feast of a king; and Nabal's heart was merry within him, for he was very drunken: wherefore she told him nothing, less or more, until the morning light.

25:36Their knops and their branches shall be of the same: all it shall be one beaten work of pure gold.

25:36Take thou no usury of him, or increase: but fear thy God; that thy brother may live with thee.

25:36Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.

25:37But it came to pass in the morning, when the wine was gone out of Nabal, and his wife had told him these things, that his heart died within him, and he became as a stone.

25:37And thou shalt make the seven lamps thereof: and they shall light the lamps thereof, that they may give light over against it.

25:37Thou shalt not give him thy money upon usury, nor lend him thy victuals for increase.

25:37And the peaceable habitations are cut down because of the fierce anger of the LORD.

25:37Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?

25:38And it came to pass about ten days after, that the LORD smote Nabal, that he died.

25:38He hath forsaken his covert, as the lion: for their land is desolate because of the fierceness of the oppressor, and because of his fierce anger.

25:38And the tongs thereof, and the snuffdishes thereof, shall be of pure gold.

25:38I am the LORD your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, to give you the land of Canaan, and to be your God.

25:38When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?

25:39And when David heard that Nabal was dead, he said, Blessed be the LORD, that hath pleaded the cause of my reproach from the hand of Nabal, and hath kept his servant from evil: for the LORD hath returned the wickedness of Nabal upon his own head. And David sent and communed with Abigail, to take her to him to wife.

25:39Of a talent of pure gold shall he make it, with all these vessels.

25:39Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?

25:39And if thy brother that dwelleth by thee be waxen poor, and be sold unto thee; thou shalt not compel him to serve as a bondservant:

25:40And when the servants of David were come to Abigail to Carmel, they spake unto her, saying, David sent us unto thee, to take thee to him to wife.

25:40And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

25:40And look that thou make them after their pattern, which was shewed thee in the mount.

25:40But as an hired servant, and as a sojourner, he shall be with thee, and shall serve thee unto the year of jubile:

25:41And she arose, and bowed herself on her face to the earth, and said, Behold, let thine handmaid be a servant to wash the feet of the servants of my lord.

25:41And then shall he depart from thee, both he and his children with him, and shall return unto his own family, and unto the possession of his fathers shall he return.

25:41Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

25:42And Abigail hasted, and arose, and rode upon an ass, with five damsels of hers that went after her; and she went after the messengers of David, and became his wife.

25:42For they are my servants, which I brought forth out of the land of Egypt: they shall not be sold as bondmen.

25:42For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:

25:43David also took Ahinoam of Jezreel; and they were also both of them his wives.

25:43Thou shalt not rule over him with rigour; but shalt fear thy God.

25:43I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.

25:44But Saul had given Michal his daughter, David's wife, to Phalti the son of Laish, which was of Gallim.
