Numbers: 35

35:8And the cities which ye shall give shall be of the possession of the children of Israel: from them that have many ye shall give many; but from them that have few ye shall give few: every one shall give of his cities unto the Levites according to his inheritance which he inheriteth.

35:8And oil for the light, and spices for anointing oil, and for the sweet incense,

35:8But Deborah Rebekah's nurse died, and she was buried beneath Bethel under an oak: and the name of it was called Allonbachuth.

35:8And I will fill his mountains with his slain men: in thy hills, and in thy valleys, and in all thy rivers, shall they fall that are slain with the sword.

35:8Thy wickedness may hurt a man as thou art; and thy righteousness may profit the son of man.

35:8Let destruction come upon him at unawares; and let his net that he hath hid catch himself: into that very destruction let him fall.

35:8And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.

35:8Thus have we obeyed the voice of Jonadab the son of Rechab our father in all that he hath charged us, to drink no wine all our days, we, our wives, our sons, nor our daughters;

35:9I will make thee perpetual desolations, and thy cities shall not return: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.

35:9No lion shall be there, nor any ravenous beast shall go up thereon, it shall not be found there; but the redeemed shall walk there:

35:9And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

35:9And onyx stones, and stones to be set for the ephod, and for the breastplate.

35:9Conaniah also, and Shemaiah and Nethaneel, his brethren, and Hashabiah and Jeiel and Jozabad, chief of the Levites, gave unto the Levites for passover offerings five thousand small cattle, and five hundred oxen.

35:9And God appeared unto Jacob again, when he came out of Padanaram, and blessed him.

35:9By reason of the multitude of oppressions they make the oppressed to cry: they cry out by reason of the arm of the mighty.

35:9Nor to build houses for us to dwell in: neither have we vineyard, nor field, nor seed:

35:9And my soul shall be joyful in the LORD: it shall rejoice in his salvation.

35:10And the ransomed of the LORD shall return, and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads: they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.

35:10So the service was prepared, and the priests stood in their place, and the Levites in their courses, according to the king's commandment.

35:10Because thou hast said, These two nations and these two countries shall be mine, and we will possess it; whereas the LORD was there:

35:10Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye be come over Jordan into the land of Canaan;

35:10And every wise hearted among you shall come, and make all that the LORD hath commanded;

35:10And God said unto him, Thy name is Jacob: thy name shall not be called any more Jacob, but Israel shall be thy name: and he called his name Israel.

35:10But we have dwelt in tents, and have obeyed, and done according to all that Jonadab our father commanded us.

35:10But none saith, Where is God my maker, who giveth songs in the night;

35:10All my bones shall say, LORD, who is like unto thee, which deliverest the poor from him that is too strong for him, yea, the poor and the needy from him that spoileth him?

35:11And they killed the passover, and the priests sprinkled the blood from their hands, and the Levites flayed them.

35:11Then ye shall appoint you cities to be cities of refuge for you; that the slayer may flee thither, which killeth any person at unawares.

35:11The tabernacle, his tent, and his covering, his taches, and his boards, his bars, his pillars, and his sockets,

35:11Therefore, as I live, saith the Lord GOD, I will even do according to thine anger, and according to thine envy which thou hast used out of thy hatred against them; and I will make myself known among them, when I have judged thee.

35:11And God said unto him, I am God Almighty: be fruitful and multiply; a nation and a company of nations shall be of thee, and kings shall come out of thy loins;

35:11False witnesses did rise up; they laid to my charge things that I knew not.

35:11Who teacheth us more than the beasts of the earth, and maketh us wiser than the fowls of heaven?

35:11But it came to pass, when Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon came up into the land, that we said, Come, and let us go to Jerusalem for fear of the army of the Chaldeans, and for fear of the army of the Syrians: so we dwell at Jerusalem.

35:12Then came the word of the LORD unto Jeremiah, saying,

35:12And they shall be unto you cities for refuge from the avenger; that the manslayer die not, until he stand before the congregation in judgment.

35:12The ark, and the staves thereof, with the mercy seat, and the vail of the covering,

35:12And thou shalt know that I am the LORD, and that I have heard all thy blasphemies which thou hast spoken against the mountains of Israel, saying, They are laid desolate, they are given us to consume.

35:12And the land which I gave Abraham and Isaac, to thee I will give it, and to thy seed after thee will I give the land.

35:12They rewarded me evil for good to the spoiling of my soul.

35:12There they cry, but none giveth answer, because of the pride of evil men.

35:12And they removed the burnt offerings, that they might give according to the divisions of the families of the people, to offer unto the LORD, as it is written in the book of Moses. And so did they with the oxen.

35:13Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Go and tell the men of Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, Will ye not receive instruction to hearken to my words? saith the LORD.

35:13And of these cities which ye shall give six cities shall ye have for refuge.

35:13The table, and his staves, and all his vessels, and the shewbread,

35:13Thus with your mouth ye have boasted against me, and have multiplied your words against me: I have heard them.

35:13And God went up from him in the place where he talked with him.

35:13Surely God will not hear vanity, neither will the Almighty regard it.

35:13But as for me, when they were sick, my clothing was sackcloth: I humbled my soul with fasting; and my prayer returned into mine own bosom.

35:13And they roasted the passover with fire according to the ordinance: but the other holy offerings sod they in pots, and in caldrons, and in pans, and divided them speedily among all the people.
