34:14And they said unto them, We cannot do this thing, to give our sister to one that is uncircumcised; for that were a reproach unto us:
34:14The wild beasts of the desert shall also meet with the wild beasts of the island, and the satyr shall cry to his fellow; the screech owl also shall rest there, and find for herself a place of rest.
34:14Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.
34:14I will feed them in a good pasture, and upon the high mountains of Israel shall their fold be: there shall they lie in a good fold, and in a fat pasture shall they feed upon the mountains of Israel.
34:14If he set his heart upon man, if he gather unto himself his spirit and his breath;
34:15I will feed my flock, and I will cause them to lie down, saith the Lord GOD.
34:15And Hilkiah answered and said to Shaphan the scribe, I have found the book of the law in the house of the LORD. And Hilkiah delivered the book to Shaphan.
34:15The eyes of the LORD are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.
34:15There shall the great owl make her nest, and lay, and hatch, and gather under her shadow: there shall the vultures also be gathered, every one with her mate.
34:15The two tribes and the half tribe have received their inheritance on this side Jordan near Jericho eastward, toward the sunrising.
34:15Lest thou make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, and they go a whoring after their gods, and do sacrifice unto their gods, and one call thee, and thou eat of his sacrifice;
34:15And ye were now turned, and had done right in my sight, in proclaiming liberty every man to his neighbour; and ye had made a covenant before me in the house which is called by my name:
34:15But in this will we consent unto you: If ye will be as we be, that every male of you be circumcised;
34:15All flesh shall perish together, and man shall turn again unto dust.
34:16And Shaphan carried the book to the king, and brought the king word back again, saying, All that was committed to thy servants, they do it.
34:16Seek ye out of the book of the LORD, and read: no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded, and his spirit it hath gathered them.
34:16The face of the LORD is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.
34:16And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
34:16But ye turned and polluted my name, and caused every man his servant, and every man his handmaid, whom ye had set at liberty at their pleasure, to return, and brought them into subjection, to be unto you for servants and for handmaids.
34:16And thou take of their daughters unto thy sons, and their daughters go a whoring after their gods, and make thy sons go a whoring after their gods.
34:16Then will we give our daughters unto you, and we will take your daughters to us, and we will dwell with you, and we will become one people.
34:16If now thou hast understanding, hear this: hearken to the voice of my words.
34:16I will seek that which was lost, and bring again that which was driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen that which was sick: but I will destroy the fat and the strong; I will feed them with judgment.
34:17And as for you, O my flock, thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I judge between cattle and cattle, between the rams and the he goats.
34:17The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.
34:17And they have gathered together the money that was found in the house of the LORD, and have delivered it into the hand of the overseers, and to the hand of the workmen.
34:17And he hath cast the lot for them, and his hand hath divided it unto them by line: they shall possess it for ever, from generation to generation shall they dwell therein.
34:17Therefore thus saith the LORD; Ye have not hearkened unto me, in proclaiming liberty, every one to his brother, and every man to his neighbour: behold, I proclaim a liberty for you, saith the LORD, to the sword, to the pestilence, and to the famine; and I will make you to be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth.
34:17These are the names of the men which shall divide the land unto you: Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun.
34:17Thou shalt make thee no molten gods.
34:17But if ye will not hearken unto us, to be circumcised; then will we take our daughter, and we will be gone.
34:17Shall even he that hateth right govern? and wilt thou condemn him that is most just?
34:18The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.
34:18And ye shall take one prince of every tribe, to divide the land by inheritance.
34:18The feast of unleavened bread shalt thou keep. Seven days thou shalt eat unleavened bread, as I commanded thee, in the time of the month Abib: for in the month Abib thou camest out from Egypt.
34:18Then Shaphan the scribe told the king, saying, Hilkiah the priest hath given me a book. And Shaphan read it before the king.
34:18And their words pleased Hamor, and Shechem Hamor's son.
34:18Is it fit to say to a king, Thou art wicked? and to princes, Ye are ungodly?
34:18And I will give the men that have transgressed my covenant, which have not performed the words of the covenant which they had made before me, when they cut the calf in twain, and passed between the parts thereof,
34:18Seemeth it a small thing unto you to have eaten up the good pasture, but ye must tread down with your feet the residue of your pastures? and to have drunk of the deep waters, but ye must foul the residue with your feet?
34:19And as for my flock, they eat that which ye have trodden with your feet; and they drink that which ye have fouled with your feet.
34:19How much less to him that accepteth not the persons of princes, nor regardeth the rich more than the poor? for they all are the work of his hands.
34:19And the names of the men are these: Of the tribe of Judah, Caleb the son of Jephunneh.
34:19All that openeth the matrix is mine; and every firstling among thy cattle, whether ox or sheep, that is male.
34:19And the young man deferred not to do the thing, because he had delight in Jacob's daughter: and he was more honourable than all the house of his father.
34:19And it came to pass, when the king had heard the words of the law, that he rent his clothes.
34:19Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.
34:19The princes of Judah, and the princes of Jerusalem, the eunuchs, and the priests, and all the people of the land, which passed between the parts of the calf;
34:20And of the tribe of the children of Simeon, Shemuel the son of Ammihud.
34:20And the king commanded Hilkiah, and Ahikam the son of Shaphan, and Abdon the son of Micah, and Shaphan the scribe, and Asaiah a servant of the king's, saying,
